About Me
My name is Shannon Carpenter. I was born in Paducah Kentucky in 1978. At the age of 14, I got into designing website, graphic design, computer hardware/software, internet security and basically anything related to technology. My father Michael Carpenter, God rest his soul, served in the Navy and followed his dream of becoming a peace officer...he was also a sharp shooter on the Memphis Cobras SWAT Team. My mother, Sharon Carpenter is the branch manager of Jackson Purchase ACA. When I was 16 years old I was given a paper on American Gangsters. A few days later, my father took me downtown, told me there were two men from the FBI who were wanted to speak to me. Apparently, hacking into their database to read files on various mob bosses for my term paper was illegal. Instead of creating me a rap sheet and getting me in some serious trouble...they decided they would use my "talents" to their benefit. I was randomly called to do various odd jobs for them as well as the local law enforcement. In 1997 I start my own internet security team called Friendly Online Security Team aka "Frost" under the alias "Sandmansc". We were paid by various companies to monitor/moderate chat rooms, build websites, design custom graphics and occasionally we were paid as consultants to hack into companies databases and inform them of any security issues we found. Some time ago, our ISP's server crashed an all of our information was lost. Long story short, Frost.com was sold to the highest bidder and when we restarted the company, we just called in Frost but in Haxor code which brings us to "Phr0st". Today, there doesn't seem to be much of a need for all of the fun stuff we did long ago...so we basically have fun designing websites for crazy inexpensive prices and we can assure you we will not be outbid on hosting.
Family
Today, I am married to a gorgious young lady named Kimberly. Everyone says she reminds them of Jamie-Lynn Sigler (aka "Meadow" on the HBO series "The Sapranos") I have an 8 year old daughter name Haleigh who lives with her mother in Florida, a 10 year old basset hound name JJ, a 7 year old chihuahua named Piglet and a 2 year old german shepherd named Jasmine. We currently reside in Lexington Kentucky.Hobbies
In my free time I enjoy hanging out and riding motorcycles with my Motorcycle Club, The Nekkid Riders. I recently purchased my 14th bike, an Orange & Black 2007 Suzuki GSX-R1000K7 from Travis Norton at Bell's Suzuki here in Lexington. I also enjoy playing volleyball on a league at a local bar and grill called Main Streed Live where I worked for 2 years as the volleyball coordinator and referee. I also play at the club my boss owns called The Signature Club every tuesday night. Aside from my regular hobbies, I also enjoy white water rafting, water and snow skiing, sky diving, bungee jumping, roller skating, horseback riding, riding atv/dirtbikes, cooking and playing online. I certainly seem to enjoy staying busy. I work M-F as the Solutions Architect for Commonwealth Technology. By title, I am one of 50 people in the nation licensed to write custom scripts for Lexmark using LDSS Software. However, I also act as our internal IT guy as I am responsible for our bills pertaining to phones, internet, etc...I also maintain our internal network, administer all of our computer systems and maintain/host our website. For some reason they call me "Boy Wonder" and "Hollywood". I have an incredible boss named Troy Turner whose family also owns Amteck, The Signature Club, and Turner Development. I have a wonderful office manager, Patsy Ulrich, who values my opinion and a team that makes me feel important. I also work on the side for Cumulus Broadcasting and BridalFair.com as a modeling director for an annual bridal show. It's a long story how I got into all of this fashion business but to make a long story short I have been a contracted model for Vogue since I was 18 years old and still hold a contract with OnTrackModeling.com...which is where I also picked up the nickname, "Zoolander".
